PLACEHOLDER — this is not legal advice and not the final policy. This text exists so the product can be evaluated end to end. It is replaced by the operator's own copy before launch, by publishing a new version — no code change and no deploy required.
1. What is stored
- Your workspace: company details, users, roles and settings.
- Your material: the documents and knowledge you upload, and the campaigns, content and schedules created from them.
- Leads: the details a person submits through a lead form or an ad platform, such as name, email address, phone number and the answers they gave.
- Records of activity: sign-ins, publishing attempts and administrative changes, kept so that actions can be accounted for.
2. Why it is stored
To operate the service you asked for: to generate and publish campaigns to the accounts you connect, to deliver the leads those campaigns produce, and to show you how they performed.
3. How long it is kept
Personal data belonging to a lead is kept for 24 months after that lead was last active, and is then deleted. Audit records are kept for 24 months. Deleting your workspace removes its data.
4. Who it is shared with
Only the external platforms you connect, and the service providers that run this
platform. The current list of those providers is published at /legal/sub-processors
and changes are announced in advance. Your data is never sold.
5. Separation between workspaces
Every record belongs to exactly one workspace, and the database enforces that separation on every query. No workspace can read another's data.
6. Security
Credentials for connected platforms and multi-factor secrets are encrypted before they are stored. Passwords are stored only as a one-way hash.
7. Your rights
You may ask for a copy of the personal data held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by contacting the operator of this service.
8. Changes to this policy
A new version is published with the date it takes effect. The version in force is the most recent one whose effective date has passed.
